To complete your requirements of becoming a carer of CareBear, you should have a valid Police Check or a Criminal History Record Check .  As the law requires the applicant to personally apply for the police check, we at CareBear are unable apply for the police check on your behalf.

If you do not hold a current police check, please wait until you hear from us before you apply for one.

Complete the Application form P799 and apply in person at your local police station. You should produce three forms of identification one should be a photo ID. Currently the fee payable is $52.00.
